Hello @dkrahl,
?
We have a good news to share with you! Our developers have just released an updated version of the plugin (1.5.5.2) that includes a new set of Twig templates that lets you place an “Add to Calendar” link in the notifications. Here’s a guide that lets you copy the new Twig templates so that you can paste it into your notifications: https://ssappts.com/guides/twig-code-templates/#add-to-calendar-links
?
Could you test that out and see if that works for you?We were able to ultimately narrow down on a single issue related to an outdated SQL version being used on the site.
If you’re having similar issues and don’t plan on updating the SQL version, please reach out to our support team and we can send you a manual export of the SSA tables so you can manually install them on your site.
Thanks for the update. Could you reach out to us at [email protected]? We’ll need to have our developers look into this and if you can also share a link to your site through there that would be helpful.
Hi there, could you please add this to the top of your wp-config.php file:
define('WP_DEBUG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
install SSA again, and then send us the content of wp-content/debug.log (which should contain more detailed error messages than the standard 500 error you mentioned)
You can post that data here if it fits or email it to us at [email protected] if it contains sensitive information or is too large to post here
Thanks for helping us track this down!
Hello @langerent
Just to confirm, is this issue happening with the free version of the plugin? This error came up when you tried to install/activate from the WordPress Plugin Directory on your dashboard too?
If this is happening with a premium edition of the plugin, please reach out to our support email [email protected]
@sinou2014 thank you so much for the review! I’m so happy to hear you’re enjoying the plugin ?? You’re a pleasure to work with, feel free to reach out for anything else.
@mariacenter We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review ?? You were awesome to work with!
@momo-fr Thanks for the update! Please feel free to reach out to us again if this continues to happen.
Hello @momo-fr,
I’m sorry to see you’re having that issue with the availability ?? Could you try using the Availability Detective to see if that gives you any clues? Here’s a guide to show you how to use that tool: https://ssappts.com/guides/availability-detective-to-find-missing-time-slots/
If that doesn’t help, could you reach out to us through our support email [email protected] and send us a link to your booking page?
@dkrahl I’m afraid we don’t have a way to include the ICS URL or files in the notifications at the moment. But, the good news is that this is a feature we’re planning to work on very soon ??
We do offer a Google Invites feature in the premium editions of SSA, please reach out to us at [email protected] if you’d like to learn more.
@dkrahl Thanks for the update and the heads-up! I just tried testing SSA with White Label CMS and couldn’t see any issues. But, we’ll keep that in mind in case we see other similar issues.
Thanks again!
Hello @dkrahl
Sorry to hear you’re encountering that issue ?? I just tested this on our test site and I can’t seem to recreate this problem with the web meetings tab.
Could you confirm that you’re using the latest version of the plugin? The free plugin should be on v.1.5.4.0. If not, could you update the plugin and see if that helps?
Otherwise, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to continue and investigate this issue: [email protected]
Thanks!
Hi @dideto, when you edit an appointment type, under “Scheduling Options” there’s an option called “Minimum Booking Notice”. It defaults to 24hrs, but you can set it to any amount you want (0 minutes even, if you want customers to be able to book an appointment that starts immediately)
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Thank you for the kind words! You’ve been delightful to work with as well ??
Wow! We’re so thankful for your review and so glad the plugin is helping your membership site ??
Please feel free to get in touch with our team for anything you need, or if you have any questions. We’d also love to see your work in action!
Thank you again for the review, we’re a small team and these types of messages keep us going!
