In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] One of the most buggy plugins on WordPressHey there @abecedairesunion ,
Thanks for working around your issue with using the older version. A little background, sorry if this was already mentioned somewhere: the last release was forced by Pinterest API change to V5. This forced a complete revamp of the plugins backend. We did our best to ensure a smooth transition for every merchant. As you can clearly see from the forum threads, there are some cases where the new backend fails for some users. You are in the unfortunate group, for which I am sorry. Staying on the old version of the plugin is also not an option because the old Pinterest API may soon be disabled – this will not happen soon, we are just making sure that we are ready when it will happen. This bug that has been there for some users is on a high priority for us as well, and we are working to ensure this is resolved completely in the upcoming release.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] One of the most buggy plugins on WordPressSorry to hear about your issues.
I reviewed your profile and any support threads you have created and couldn’t find any topics, where you have requested for help with your issues with Pinterest For WooCommerce. It’s not clear why you say disconnecting frequently, although you haven’t requested for help in the forums. Documentation for the extension is available?here.?
Could you please?create a?new support thread, so we can assist you further? Thanks.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Decent plugin, horrible setup eperience.Hi @mehiusrex , Sorry, I missed the part about the Jetpack disconnection. I wish you had created your support request sooner. We could have guided you better. I will make sure to update the documentation about disconnecting Jetpack as well.
Hey there @mehiusrex ,
Simply disabling the plugin will disconnect Jetpack/ WordPress.com connection provided you don’t have another plugin ( e.g.:- Jetpack) connected with the same account. Enabling the extension would prompt you to connect to WordPress.com and authorise it again.
You can disconnect and reconnect all other accounts from the debug page available at/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page
on your store. Documentation on this connection issues can be found here.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Decent plugin, horrible setup eperience.Hi @mehiusrex ,
Sorry about your experience with the account connections. The extension has options to disconnect and reconnect all accounts, except they aren’t exposed directly on the setup page. There is a connection/debugging page as part of the extension available at"/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page"
that can help with disconnections and reconnections and syncing products. This is also documented on the FAQs page and common errors page extensions page. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t find this document on time. We could have assisted you had you created a support thread first instead of the review. Please don’t hesitate to debug your connection issues using the debug page on your site. Thanks.Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Socks don’t know what the shoes are doing@gasurgaelach, I don’t see any support requests from you about any of the things you are saying about WooCommerce or Google For WooCommerce. So your complaint about lack of support is perhaps hypothetical. Anyway, I’m not trying to argue here, and we value your feedback.
In case, you aren’t aware, both WooCommerce and Google For WooCommerce are developed in the open on GitHub. Feel free to voice your opinions there and help define the direction of these extensions directly.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Socks don’t know what the shoes are doingHey there @gasurgaelach ,
Thanks for your feedback. You are correct that the Google For WooCommerce doesn’t handle EAN, GTIN, ISBN etc fields that are now native fields in WooCommerce. This feature was added to WooCommerce in 9.2 in end of Aug, and the developers are working on integrating this. Given the large customer base, had various ways to add this structured data into GMC using Google For WooCommerce, the devs are working to make sure the transition to the native WooCommerce fields is smooth as possible. Do give us some time. Our devs are aware and have been on this feature for over 3 months. It’s been a very high priority since the launch of these fields in core. This feature will be made available soon. Thanks for your understanding.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Product prices include taxHey there @abubakr700,
Thanks for leaving a review for Google For WooCommerce. There may be tax related discrepancies if you are using an automated tax plugin that calculates taxes based on customer location/address. How are taxes for products calculated in your store? Are they just one flat rate of tax for all customers? Please don’t hesitate to create a support request here, and we can help you further with this issue. We look forward to assisting you further in your support request. Thanks.Hey there @angeldavo ,
Thanks for the additional details and the screenshot. Could you please, share a screenshot of the automation for us as well? We think this could be coming from a conflict, but we would like to review the actual automation setup as well to understand if something is amiss.Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Forced to create Google Ads accountHey there @il_maca ,
You are correct that Google Ads account is required as part of onboarding because Google For WooCommerce lets you manage your ad campaigns directly from your store dashboard. This requirement has been in place since version 2.5.14 and is part of the onboarding with the account. It’s better to link/set up the ads during the first onboarding than to show another onboarding again for Ads account in the ads section of the plugin dashboard. This is a streamlined setup that ensure the extension is set up only once,. Thanks for your understanding here. The onboarding setup is documented here and shows this process.
