The issue is now sorted. Somehow the htaccess became messed up during the upgrade to 4.0

Found & fixed the issue myself ??

This also happens in v1.9 using the Divi theme from Elegant Themes. Rolled back to v1.8 & issue is gone

Rolled back to v1.8 as it just stopped working when I upgraded to v1.9. Oh, and the Back To Top section was missing in v1.9
