    Thanks for getting back with us. Yes, it’s a real problem, especially with all of the frequent updates we have to do with the new plugin. We hope it’s a high priority for the developers. Please let us know when you have a solution.

    Hi Alan,

    I can’t thank you enough! That worked perfectly. I am going to purchase the pro version of this plugin today, so I can use the folder tree UI when editing pages. Would you be able to contact me if you find a fix for showing the entire title of a file, instead of just two lines? Our file names are really long, and it’s difficult not to see the entire name.

    For me, it was the WP SVG Icons plugin. I was told that I could try asking the WP SVG Icons folks about the problem, but I decided to deactivate it and use html icons instead.

    Thank you so much for the quick fix and html schooling. : ) We added a new style in list.css to adjust the line height, so the <p> are closer together (like a break). Can you tell us the best way to create a child theme for Jigoshop, so we don’t have to redo all our tweaks every time we update the plugin?

    We have html breaks farther down on our product page as well, and it looks like those breaks are no longer working either. Could the recent update of Jigoshop eCommerce disable the ability of </br>?

    From what I understand now, if I want to set a product on sale for just today, I need to set the end date as tomorrow, and not have the sale from today’s date to today’s date (5/9 – 5/10, instead of 5/9 – 5/9).

    Hi Marcin,

    We are using Jigoshop eCommerce 2.1. The first three problems below are stopping us from releasing the development site to our customers.

    1. I need to go through our website and re-upload hundreds of our digital files to attach to our products, since they were deleted due to the update. There used to be an “Upload” button to add files to a product – “Product Data -> Downloads -> File Path”. Now, there isn’t. Is there a way to get that back? It would make the process a lot faster and easier for us to attach all of the files to the products.

    2. Each time I create a coupon code and try to apply it to an order, it says “Cannot apply coupon “coupon name”. The usage limit was reached.” I did not put any restrictions on the coupon codes, and this is still happening.

    3. It looks like the “Available Downloads” section is still not on the My Account page, even after the update. Is there code we could paste on the My Account page to temporarily create that “Available Downloads” section, or is there anything else we can do? This is keeping us from releasing the site to our customers because they need to be able to download their patterns from the My Account page. Also, we’re working on this development site, to get the new Jigoshop eCommerce set up, while our main website, with the old Jigoshop, is still running and active. Once we clone the development website back to our main site, all of the tutorials that our customers have purchased, during this time period, will not be listed under the “Available Downloads” section – is that correct? So, we’re trying to work as quickly as possible.

    4. It looks like the Jigoshop Wishlist and Customer Discounts plugins that we paid for are still not working. Do you have an ETA for those?

    5. When we look at our website on a mobile device, the featured image is really small. Also, the Jigoshop Product Search widget is going past/over the sidebar, onto the page – covering up the product information text. Are those things you can help with, or are those theme settings?

    6. Only when we’re on a Jigoshop page, the content of the left side navigation bar is out-denting past the header and menu. It appears correctly on all other (non-Jigoshop) pages.

    7. We’ve been trying, for days, to remove the “Description” tab from the product pages, without asking for your help. But, we have been unsuccessful so far. Could you tell us which page to modify to remove that tab? We want to keep the space between the box with the content and the images, but we just want to get rid of the Description tab.
