It takes a while depending on how much you are exporting, but the .csv will eventually appear in your downloads folder.

I am finding the .csv file has no data in it!! Off to find another plug-in ??

Be warned that he is still taking payments for this plugin, but not delivering the software. He is also not issuing refunds.
