It’s not the first time this happens – the plugin has been unavailable at least one time previously since the takeover of a new developer. The developers are apparently unable to fix security issues on time and make stable updates/releases. I would definitely recommend migrating to Digital License Manager which seems much more stable even includes a migration tool from this one. I did so some time ago and haven’t experienced any issues since.
