For those of us that have replaced the listings and are back to where we were before the update to 1.3.2 and still using version 1.3.1 of the plugin…do we just update the plugin in the normal manner?

There was a problem with the maps being deleted on update but I think that got sorted but the major problem that I have is the same as you’ve just mentioned, even the removal of a full stop and then update is clicked removes the property from the website search results.

It seems you may have detailed the problem well enough for them to hopefully fix it – fingers crossed.

I reset my website back to before the plugin update and it’s all OK now, I’ve just left it until they come out with 1.3.3 or whatever.

Hopefully they’ll sort it soon enough.

This could be connected to the Agent Press listings plugin update recently.

I’ve had a problem with it and had to reinstall the previous version.

It’s all OK now.

In my experience, it’s not just checking and unchecking a box.

If I added a comma or deleted a fullstop, and then clicked update, the property wouldn’t show up in the search results.

Just to clarify, the page with the property details stays on the website, you can find it via the url, it just didn’t show up on the search results.

I’ve reinstalled the old version of the plug-in and everything’s OK now.

They said that they couldn’t find a problem, but I’m glad you’re having the same problem…(sorry)

I rewound my site to the previous week and although I had to add the properties again, I haven’t updated the plugin and all is back to normal again.

Obviously not updating a plugin can lead to a security risk, but I’m hoping this will be sorted soon.

I’ve made no alterations to the plugin…I wouldn’t know how to lol.

I’ve rewound my website to before the plugin update and everything was OK again, I then updated the plugin once again and it caused the same problem, so I unwound the website again.

For your info, just now – with the site working perfectly and being able to edit a property/listing and it still show up in the search results, I also deactivated all of the plugins apart from this one and the problem didn’t get resolved…I just wondered if there was some kind of conflict with any of the other plugins, but there seems to be nothing.

I’ll wait until the next plugin update before I update again, I can’t have new and edited properties disappearing.

Oddly, it was only happening on my laptop and I realised that it was because I was logged into my WP Dashboard.

I’m not too worried now but maybe your explanation could put other’s minds at rest.

Just for anyone else’s info…

I have W3 Total Cache Plugin and to clear this problem I went to Performance > Browser cache > Cleared the Cache and it works fine now on both the Desktop and Laptop…
