in my case it was an incompatibility problem with another payment gateway (payplug).
I opened a ticket to their support but I’m still waiting.this is another screenshot

With the beta version the sitemap is shown.Hi everybody,
I noticed that the source of the problem could be related to the WPML plugin.
When I deactivate the plugin for managing the multilingual the sitemap is shown correctly.
