Is it because the mobile menu has a div id of site-navigation? How do I offset both sticky-header for desktop and site-navigation for mobile?

If I add :fixed then it fixes the mobile scroll, but then the desktop scroll breaks.

I had maintenance mode enabled and was testing the website within WordPress – as soon as I made it live, the scrolling worked correctly (just for anyone working the way I did).
