In reply to: [WP Custom Admin Interface] Missing ‘Edit Page’ Link in Admin Bar / ToolbarThank you. It didn’t work, but I tried reverting again to default WP settings and this time the Edit Page link has returned (although some of the other settings have remained). It seems fine for what I need now, thank you for your help and for the plugin.

In reply to: [WP Custom Admin Interface] Missing ‘Edit Page’ Link in Admin Bar / ToolbarThank you. Thing is, even if I now revert to default WP settings in the plugin, then the issue isn’t resolved. Any idea how I can get the ‘Edit Page’ link back please?

In reply to: [WP Custom Admin Interface] Missing ‘Edit Page’ Link in Admin Bar / Toolbarp.s. I forgot to say that also the front end Admin Toolbar shows the word ‘Menu’ with no working link, and also if you rollover the name of the site in the Toolbar then it shows ‘Visit Site’, when (whilst you are on the front end) it should actually be showing ‘Dashboard’.
Thank you Fulvio. I have just managed to fix the issue. Seems it was simply a cache problem. How annoying! Spent hours trying to get to the root of it. Cleared cache on the CDN and it’s fixed. Thank you for your help. Simon
Thank you Fulvio,
Having never swapped a theme on a WordPress site before, can you tell me if my settings (or anything else) would be lost by deactivating a theme? i.e. Can I just deactivate the current theme, activate another theme as you suggest to test, and then reactivate the live theme without losing any of the settings I previously had?
Thank you,
Simon
Hello again,
Further to my previous post I have made a temporary (?) work-around using a plugin named WordPress HTTPS to add HTTPS to the PM Pro pages exclusively.
I would still like a more permanent fix if possible please,
Thank you,
Simon
Excellent! Thank you very much Phil :o)
