I still have the issue and already sent an email with the export several days ago. I also sent a video link showing the issue

For now I still have the issue of the fact that the first label/radio “appear AGAIN quickly after submitting the form before the redirection to a page i’ve created” see the video I’ve sent by email

No it’s the opposite, you need to switch back to “Ajax” instead of “Page reload”.

Unfortunately it works only for some minutes/hours again. I can’t really said the exact time but I thought i was ok and suddenly same message:

Before I didn’t put anything on the Authorized JavaScript origins, so I add my domain. (They don’t want “/” in this url part)
And for Authorized redirect URIs?I’ve put the enter URL you gave + just my https domain only “https://example.com“ plus i case “https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=forminator-integrations&slug=googlesheet&section=authorize“

But no, after several time it just don’t working anymore, I have to reauthorize it…
Something else ?

I’ve corrected it by creating a new form and by putting the behaviour in “Page reload” instead of Ajax.

No, when I saw the message from Dudo telling it will work on a fix I’ve stopped investigate.
