Hi, thank you for the response. I think I found the issue and it was related to the Gravity Forms form settings and not the plugin. We used one of their ‘templates’ for a contest submission and one of the settings was ‘how many times can the form be submitted’ which we entered ‘1’ with the understanding that was per person. It wasn’t. It was the total for all submissions. So, when the first person submitted it, it made it unavailable for all those coming afterward. We removed that setting and now the popup is working fine.

In reply to: [ICS Calendar] Need updated instructions to create share URLIn my Outlook the icon Publish Online gives me the option (the ONLY option) to publish to a WebDAV server. It says nothing about an ICS link.
Perhaps I’m looking in the wrong place? I have the Outlook app installed on my Windows machine. The Share Calendar button does nothing. Publish Online provides that single option. Please advise. And thanks for the quick response!

FYI, the front end display is fine. The +/- aspect is great. It’s only in the backend of the site that there’s an issue.
Using the Divi theme. But the conflict is with WooCommerce. Whenever we attempt to go to the WooCommerce / My Subscriptions page the site crashes. Deactivating this plugin corrects the problem.
I enabled debugging and reactivated the plugin but no sidecart displays at all. Flushed the entire cache, still nothing. The plugin does not display an error message in debut mode.
Please advise.

Through a series of tests and elimination and some digging in the code, it appeared to be a shipping issue with the plugin we were using for Stamps.com/USPS postage calculations. I purchased a different plugin, installed it, configured shipping zones, and the errors stopped occurring.

If you add something to the cart you’ll see the error messages displayed. It’s only when viewing the cart itself.
We’ve tried disconnecting ALL plugins but it’s directly related to the WC cart functions apparently.

OK, I installed another plugin which creates a widget. The theme we’re using allows me to place widgets wherever I want so I added it to the header and the plugin does display the translator language selector. So it’s not a shortcode inserted there. But, take a look, it might provide some insight.
I think before you happened to catch a cached page. I purged the cache and that allowed the changes to show up (the shortcodes).
I’ll try another plugin. Just inquiring, is there one that you would recommend that uses the shortcode method of display that would be a similar setup as yours?
