I have tried all the steps you suggested with no issue.1 -differents browser Safari/Chrome/FIrefox
2- the panel stay black on bkgr with “Recuper un elenco dei file di contenuto wordpress”
3- browser in incognito mode
Php Version 8.0 host Aruba
any help? or suggestion?

after several attempts, I managed to back up the website using Chrome in incognito mode.
For now it works.

Hi @@wfphil the site is not hacked, the serverplan hosting tell me that their side the scan of. the site was ok…so i don’t know how to solve it…i have “highe sensitivity” scanned again
Scan Complete. Scanned 50513 files, 31 plugins, 3 themes, 145 posts, 0 comments and 81900 URLs in 24 minutes 9 seconds.
Can i delete it?

Hi Peter, i have open a ticket with my hosting provider and they give me back a positive answer saying that server side is ok.
