    Hi Herman,

The issue is not resolved yet. As you can see from your colleague’s response, he just mentioned that he can’t see the problem very strangely but I do. I have sent a Loom video to provide a clear demonstration of the issue and am awaiting a response.

Please do not mark this ticket as ‘solved’ until I can confirm its resolution. Other login users need to be aware of the challenges associated with this plugin and the time it takes to address them. This way, they can make informed decisions about whether to use it, considering the support and issues they may encounter

    Hi Herman and Steven,

The issue has yet to be resolved, and it has been an extended period since I logged the ticket. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response from your tech support representative, Ankus, since the 3rd of January. I am sharing my experience here so that other users of the plugin can be aware of the service and the challenges it presents, particularly for Elementor users attempting to use the Container flex box method, which is now standard practice.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Please refrain from marking this ticket as resolved until I confirm a satisfactory solution. Your urgent attention to this is appreciated.

    Hi Steven,

I see but I need a solution to this issue. It has been already a long time since I logged the ticket. Can someone from the plugin support team get back to me with a concrete solution to this issue and a direct reply to my questions, and inform me about your plans to update the plugin to the container flexbox of Elementor? You should make it very clear that the plugin is not compatible with this new and now current feature of Elementor. This thread will for sure bring up this issue to anyone planning to download the plugin and they will see the challenges related to it.

I think there was a misunderstanding. I didn’t offer to send my logins on this forum. I just mentioned that i shared the staging site logins with the support team via email to troubleshoot the issue and you can check the ticket to view them to help with the troubleshooting.

    Hi Herman,

I am writing to you since your support team is not getting back to me on this issue which came up again unfortunately.

On my staging site, the plugin again is not taking the commands. I used the workaround he suggested which consisted of deactivating the cache plugin and clearing my caches and it did not work.

Besides that, your support specialist made me the super risky suggestion to disable the Flexbox container to troubleshoot the issue when my entire website is built on it since this is the future ( if not already current) way to build websites with Elementor. You can check the details of the issue under ticket #91264 and also ideally take over from there to help me out.

I don’t trust anymore your support team giving me such risky suggestions! I entered the logins of the staging site to troubleshoot in the email I sent to them. The issue has been open for over 10 days and it is extremely frustrating for me and slows down my work hugely.

Your plugin is claimed to be the best rated for creating headers and footers when using the Elementor free version and up to today you still haven’t updated it to be compatible with the container flexbox of Elementor which is the way you build websites now. I can only highly discourage people from using it and getting stuck in their work as I am now. I ask you kindly to take over my ticket and concretely help me out finally solve this issue. Thanks!

    Hi Hermann,

yes, the issue has been solved. Thanks for your message!

    Cheers,

    Silvia

Hi, i have the same issue and it is still on. I read here that you chose a plugin to restore the old version, meanwhile, the developers are finding a solution. What about deleting the plugin files and restoring the old version through the backup option available, usually from the hosting? (i am using SG). Does anyone have experience with this workaround? I am reluctant to install additional plugins since they are always causing issues.
