And changing it depends on the theme. If it’s Default or a derivative, change “widecolumn” to “narrowcolumn” (or whatever term the theme uses) in single.php (or whatever page you want) and at the bottom add <?php get_sidebar() ?>

At least, that’s a basic way. It’ll depend on the theme.

I imagine I can use my theme on my site prior to the end of the contest, but what about letting people download it?

And I have a port I’m working on of a theme, modified. Can that be submitted?

RTE is the rich text editor. If you’re using WP 2.0, go to your user page and uncheck the “use rich text editor” near the bottom then try this all again.

in your style.css it should say text-align: justify; (i’m not sure under which id or class.)

just change it to text-align: right;
