Thanks. Part of my issue was I didn’t have a FTP program; now I do. (webhost helped me out). There’s only one post on my site and i haven’t installed the theme i want yet, so it is really an ideal time to upgrade. I’ll try it. Guess I’m having the issue so I can learn how to do it the “hard” way. ??

On the dashboard, the left box says “right now” – at the bottom it says what version of WP and what theme you are running.
