We thought it important to explain to you how we get the origin URL. We use Referer HTTP request.
The Referer HTTP request header contains an absolute or partial address of the page making the request. When following a link, this would be the address of the page containing the link. When making a resource request to another domain, this would be the address of the page using the resource.
But referer not always has the header because that header is not mandatory, and more often than not, it is empty.
Just to be clear, For can obtain the origin, need to exist some steps and the plugin is not the principal, so in this case. We can′t do much more. Our plugin has limitations for basic tracking. If you want to have better tracking you should use something like Google Analytics.

The code you insert on your functions.php should have fixed all the links.
When you click on the settings link an error appears or just the menu doesn′t show?
Try to reset permalinks, maybe some endpoint is not generating.
You could do it on Settings->Permalinks and just press the Save button.

We hope you are doing well! ???Did you test the plugin alone only with WooCommerce and default WordPress theme activated?
Other plugins/themes could affect on the behaviour of our plugin. For that reason, we need to know where is the error appearing.
In order to answer your other question, you are right. The free version of the plugin doesn′t have export functionality.
