The issue was solved when I added some php libraries in the php settings with the cPanel. It was just a ticks in the boxes – nothing more complex. Which libraries it were, I don’t remember. Maybe you hosting provider can help you with that. I hope this help you.

It’s likely connected to the shared host not having all the PHP libraries I need installed, but I’d like to confirm.

This helped me and the hosting provider. Now they were able to point me into the right direction and install the required php libraries.

I have similar kind of issues. My hosting company has been trying to solve this. In their tests, if it shows 0 icons, they were able to fix this just by refreshing the page and / or regenerating css again. I haven’t had a change to try this yet but will if it occurs again.

My problem is that I have nothing after the importing. It doesn’t even show 0 icons.

And thank you for the answer. This is very strange. Yesterday I tried to set up the staging site several times straight from the site and through the MainWP Dashboard and had no luck. Today I had no problem too get it up and running. Did everything exactly like before cos there isn’t much to do except just name the staging site ja hit clone…

Just an update.

Finally the hosting provider admitted there was a misconfiguration on their server and they fixed it. Took me about 4-5 days to make them take this issue seriously.

Ok. Now I found the plugin that caused the issue. Strange thing is that I already tried to deactivate it before posting you. The same plying is causing me some other issues too and that was the first it tried. I don’t know why deactivating it for the first time didn’t help. But now Contact Form 7 works fine.

In my case using the Elementor Pro was the solution. I wasn’t able to locate those shortcodes before I activated the pro version. I think you should buy the pro version too if you are going to use Elementor actively. I hope I was able to help you.
