Where do you add the code?
I put it in functions.php and got this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ']' in /home/areaa1/public_html/test/wp-content/themes/striking/functions.php on line 30

Is only one tag allowed?
If I add multiple tags, the testimonial is skipped.

If Post has ==> shows/no show in widget as follows…
tag1 ==> works great for Widget1 where tag1 is entered
tag2 ==> works great for Widget2 where tag2 is entered
tag1, tag2 ==> does not show on for Widget1 or Widget2

Same here – does not send messages.

Me too – I have installed SideBlog and I want the editor to be able to add or delete as they wish but I can’t even see anything that mentions widgets.

Did you have to resort to hard coding? I’m doing the same thing. One nav bar is “for executives” and “for individuals” etc. then next bar is the more typical “home about…”

I’ve seen this some place on a theme search but where……
