I’m not really sure. I’ve contacted support to ask about this problem. No reply yet. On IRC, someone said, there’s problem earlier today that nacin (one of wordpress developer) was on it to fix the problem.

Maybe you’ll have to wait a day or two.

Because I can submit to ping.fm without changing the code.

FYI: once you hit publish, if you use one time mode, you will not be able to post to ping.fm again. You can, change the method to for every publish. Now, if it still didn’t hit ping.fm, all I can think of is, there is some connection problem between your server and ping.fm. Because you said that some post do sent to ping.fm
