    Hello,

    I prefer not to mess around with CSVs as everything is already automated. My products do sync but just show as being out of stock. I did notice that I have checkout through Facebook enabled, which I forgot I tried. So that may be the issue. I’m going to try switching back to my website’s even if it is just for a few days until we’re forced to use theirs. Is there any plans to integrate their checkouts with Woocommerce, so we can continue to sell through Facebook?

    I had already forgotten about this whole thing so my memory is rusty. Just to be clear this was checkout from Facebook or Instagram, not my site. The way I originally had it was that if someone on say IG, wants to buy something from the store on IG, it would send them to my site where they can checkout there.

    Facebook said that next year this will not be allowed. You could only checkout from Meta’s shops from within IG or Fb. So I changed it and I was getting out of stock Only of Meta’s shop. My personal website was fine. So I just switched back to having Meta’s shop link to my personal site for checkout. I forgot where that option is located, probably somewhere is Facebook business or commerce manager but I’m not sure.

    What error number do you get? I am also getting errors

    Okay, I wound up going back to using my website’s checkout and it’s fine now. Honestly, was a bit lost with what day it was and thought it was going to be happening soon so that’s why I switched. Then I realized I had a year left. Hopefully you guys can get it working by then.

    Hi, I did a manual sync before I first posted here, but I noticed an update on the plugin today, so I updated and synced again just now and still nothing. I also checked on an item I have with no variations and it still shows out of stock. Here are screenshots and the system report. Here’s also a link to another thread which mentioned it happening to them, so I don’t think it’s just me

    Correct, the issues I was having ceased after the update

    Hi, the products were pushed from printful to woocommerce but then didn’t to Facebook. In any case, it seems a later update to the FB plug-in fixed it

    I just want to add that I’ve also gotten this message. I’ve disabled it, I’ll try it again after the next update, hoping they’ll fix any issues.

    Edit: I should say, I got his message before 2.6.27. So I now activated it.

    I just had this problem and it was solved by going into facebooks business settings then system users and accepting some new policy. After that the plugin worked.

    I just had the same issue. Is there a anything that limits the time between orders? I really prefer to avoid captchas.
