In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] All Google Analytics traffic marked as ‘Direct’Hi,
I’ve tried different things on 3 separate websites. They run on the same server but have different sets of plugins and custom WP themes. The common factor LS Cache.
We load GA via GTM and I’ve added analytics.js + gtm.js to be excluded from Guest Mode JS optimization.
Still experience the same issue. What worked is disabling Guest Mode completely, but we don’t want to do that for obvious reasons (it’s very good when it works).
Any ideas?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] All Google Analytics traffic marked as ‘Direct’Hi,
Alright – report numbers are CXPZIYXM + IMXBXYQE for two separate websites with the same issue.
Br,
Alright. Then the plugin won’t work for people like me.
There was a recent Google update: https://www.seroundtable.com/google-link-spam-update-31820.html
I suspect a lot of people that run affiliate sites where all affiliate-links are put into a folder like /go/site-a/ would want a plugin that dress these links with sponsored + nofollow rel.
So might be a good idea to update plugin to these thousands of people that are currently looking for a plugin that does this ??

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] LQIP used very rarelyA follow up question. Where can I see this queue?
This feature would be a HUGE thing for the LS Cache. This is because now you either have to choose:
1. Use LQIP but load too big images (not responsive) = Google will complain that images with unproper sizing is served.
2. Use responsive images (best for user) but not capable of using LQIP = Google will complain that Largest Contentful Paint is long (because even the responsive image is quite large for slow devices). This is becoming an issue because there is a big Google update coming May 2021 which will increase the importance of Core web vitals as a ranking factor: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/google-core-web-vitals-ranking-signals/387142/ .
I’m sure there are a lot of people who want this fixed, they just don’t know it yet ??

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] LQIP used very rarelyI see. Are there any wishlist for features like this somewhere?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] LQIP used very rarelyYeah, we noticed that. But that will sadly removed the responsiveness. We use images with a media size of 2500*xx, we don’t want to load these on devices with small screens :/.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] LQIP used very rarelyHi again,
We tried to solve this issue with the dev, but there seem to be no solution. We use srcset for responsive images. Tried to add height/width 100% but that didn’t work.
Is this problem impossible to solve right now? If so – are you working for a fix to enable LQIP with srcset?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] How to activate browser Cache with OLS + Direct AdminHi,
Thanks. I’ve implemented what’s in the guide and added Cache-control max-age=86400 to the custom config.
I can see the request header that max-age is present and PageSpeed insights tell me browser cache is 1 day (we make change to css etc right now, so don’t want to go for too long).
Do I need to do anything else for browser caching to work properly for all static resources?
