1) Why should this be in the Loco Translate forum? The translations come from WordPress. I just used Loco Translate to confirm that all the strings were indeed translated. Everything else from in the Icelandic translation seems to work.

2) The code to change the comment-form-cookies-consent label works. I was just hoping it would be able to translate this bit without changing code.

Same here. Always get “Please try again”.

I am now using “Facebook Comments” and “Facebook Like & Send Button” plugins instead. The official Facebook plugin is still not working.

Sure. And I have been using Icelandic for years. The facebook plugin seems not to support it though…

I deleted that post. Just put it there for testing purposes. I am still getting the same error.

Also I tried using the facebook plugin on another site, using another theme, hosted with another hosting company and I still get the “‘is_is’ for property…” error.

So it seems that Facebook does not support posting to Timline if you are using the Icelandic language. This is very strange and frustrating :(.

Ok I have tried doing the following:

1) Disable all plugins except the Facebook plugin. Results: Get the same error as before.

2) Changing to the default WordPress Theme. Results: Get the same error as before.

I am totally lost. How can I fix this error: Error: {"message":"Object at URL 'https://skodun.is/2012/09/09/testing-2/' of type 'article' is invalid because the given value 'is_is' for property 'og:locale:locale' could not be parsed as type 'enum'.","type":"Exception"}

But still I get these messages when trying to post:

“Posted to Skoeun’s Facebook Timeline” (IT DOES NOT POST TO MY TIMELINE)

And:

The setting is correct in wp-config.php:

define ('WPLANG', 'is_IS');

Also I have no probelm using Icelandig in WordPress.

So I still have no idea on how to fix this bug ??

It is not in the header.php file. I have no idea where this problem originates!

Where can I find this is_is property to fix it?
