As per checking, your website CSP policy is blocking the widget.
If you have implemented this protection on your website and for the browsers that support it, the CSP will block tawk.to URLs unless you add them to your CSP whitelist.
Here are the URLs to add according to https://report-uri.io/home/analyse:

You can find the ‘Welcome Message’ under the Basic Site Notification Trigger.
Our default Basic Site Notification Trigger will automatically fire a message to all pages of your website (both main and sub-pages) when a visitor is active on your site and does not initiate a chat within the first 30 seconds.
The Welcome Message (Basic Site Notification Trigger) is set to English by default.
You can manually translate this message by following the steps below:
1. Select Administration > Trigger
2. Select the “Welcome Message”
3. Edit/translate the Trigger Message and click Save to update your changes

The form that shows up when you are ONLINE is the Pre-Chat Form.
Pre-Chat Form is an optional way to gather more information from visitors before allowing them to enter the chat.
To disable this function, follow the steps below:
1. In your Dashboard, click the Admin gear icon in the left corner.
2. Select Chat Widget from the Channels list.
3. Under the Widget Content, click Edit Content.
4. Under Widget State, click the Pre-Chat option.
5. Toggle the switch to disable the form.

We currently don’t have a feature for changing the margin settings inside the widget.
The tawk.to chat widget offers six different positions from which you can choose: top and bottom corners, middle-right side and middle-left side.
We have just released a major update to our widget. You can now set a separate position for your widget on desktop and mobile devices.
Follow these steps to change the position of the chat widget on mobile:
1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your Dashboard.
2. Select Chat Widget.
3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced.
