Also, how can I get youtube video id, I guess I have to provide it in the slideshow page

This error is displayed on the slides page in my dashboard. This is what I am doing

I click on Slides on the dashboard
Then I click on Add new Slides, here it asks for the url, I provide the youtube url and click update, at the bottom of this page there is a box that says slide order, it has a default value 0
Now I click on All slides where I could see all the slides I have, for all the slides I have uploaded I see the error : Invalid Column Value: Please contact the plugin developer

On the Slides page it gives me this error

I used a free slider plugin, but I see white space instead of the video. Can anyone suggest a good plugin to show videos in slider which is free.

I uploaded a video on youtube and pasted the video url, but still I am not able to see the video. Also if I want to add more videos to the slideshow, how do I do that.

On the companies page, I tried to do a slide show, but a blank space is showing also I wanted to a slide show of three videos, so I added the code three times but its showing me three blank spaces vertically.

I did changes in the code, made two columns and added the code separately, still all the videos are displayed in one row. Can please anyone help me to figure out how I can have 3 columns instead of 1 long columns. Is there a plugin I can use ….

I am sorry but I am not an expert with CSS, can you please explain in a little simpler way. I really appreciate your help.

I am an administrator on the WP site, but under the appearance tab I am not able to see Editor. How can I edit the style.css sheets without the editor. Is there something wrong with my role ?
