Yes, Im fairly certain wp is updated. Its reading 5.8.1. All plugins and themes up to date.
Of what significance is the /wp-includes folder? Is this where Autoptomize would reside? php is 7.4.23I also just saw that if I am logged into wp-admin, the product pages load just fine. Link below :

Hey all!
As advised, I started looking into my plugins, setup a staging site using the plugin. Installed the woocommerce order test plugin to have an alternate payment gateway, and it works as expected.
Ran a couple of tests to confirm that it is the payment gateways integration plugin that seems to be sending in instructions to mark the order complete. Please excuse my lack of technical vocabulary and understanding. Payment gatewy is PayTm.I have attached a couple of snapshots at the following links demonstrating the problem. Please have a look.
I have also shared this concern with the plugin developer, but honestly im not too hopefull they will provide a resolution. What would my best way forward be ?

The abandoned cart plugin is capturing incomplete orders fine. I have one email template setup to go out after a day.
When I go to the reports tab and click on an abandoned order to view details, the email details widget states ‘no emails scheduled’, nor does it show a record of any previous emails sent.
However, I believe that the email is being sent to the customer, and the widget is reporting in error. I placed an incomplete order yesterday, and did receive an email today.Please advise, I would very much like to keep track of emails scheduled and sent.

I do admit I would want it to be as flawless as possible, as a personal experience when I visit online shops that seem incomplete, it leaves me unsure.I dont think the button is woolentor problem ? As in you are suggesting that the widget I used for the product grid is to be addressed, then that would be the ‘Edit post type grid’ that came along with Sizzify widgets. Cool, so that is where I should be looking!

Reason for using this widget, it allows me to show product short description (Which the EA widget did not) as well as show only specific categories in the product grid. Any better solutions ?
