Upload your php.ini file i can solve your problem.

How much size of files you are uploading? Its problem with php.ini file in your server. The max file upload is depends upon the Hosting Provider. Many Hosting providers have 5MB (max upload). Can you tell me which Hosting you are using?

You have to follow the manual installation
First download wordpress package from and upload to GoDaddy file-manager root directory and extract it.youwill see “wordpress” folder (contains wordpress files”).Move all the wordpress files to root directory and “wordpress” folder will empty delete it and follow the installation by going to Hope this will helps!!

Sometimes WordPress plugins can cause this issue.De-activate your wordpress plugins and check.If the problem persists delete and regenerate your .htaccess file and clear cache in your wordpress.Hope this will works!!
