This is the entire reason we purchased the plugin. The developer says it’s a new bug and being worked on, but days and weeks are going by with no fix and no ETA. Please fix this!!!!!

Any chance I can get some help on this? I’ve looked over everything and the two forms are nearly identical—I can’t see ANY reason why the second form returns an error. I’m hoping to be able to solve this and not have to start over with a different plugin. Please let me know if I need to send that export over again. Any help is appreciated.
