In reply to: [WP Ghost (Hide My WP Ghost) - Security & Firewall] HMWP prevent logging inI don’t have reCaptcha set, so I don’t think that’s the problem.
Oh, thank you very much. I never thought to check the customize this form. I saw a “Make Profile Photo Required” and selected no.

In reply to: [Flexi - Guest Submit] Can’t access Flexi settings in the dashboard?I had the same issue until I read the bold text on the setting (shown on that image) – “Post one image & settings will be applied automatically based on server configuration”. So what I did to get the setting back was made a new Page in wordpress and inserted the shortcode [flexi-form attach=”true”] on the page, published and uploaded one image and the setting came back. I only had the issue cause I made the mistake of renaming a flexi page and deleted one of the page and the setting went away until I did what I mentioned.
I doubt it will be helpful, it’s an image protection feature on a custom security plugin. It had options like disable right click, prevent drag and drop, enable image protection for logged-in users. I had to uncheck all features and the profile picture editor starting working.
I did try another theme, the profile picture is the same problem.
**Edit: I found the culprit, it wasn’t the UM plugin. After checking all my plugins, one of the plugins had a disable drag & drop check marked, I didn’t know about. After unclicking the check mark, the editing/cropping pictures is working.
Thank you for replying. I should’ve thoroughly checked all the plugins.

Account Page – the page where you edit the email, name, password, make private. From what I’ve know, there should be no added codes on this page, which is why it will go blank. The shortcode has to be by itself and linked to the pages in the UM setting.
Member Page – the page where it show a list of all the members on your website.
User Page – is the page where the user can edit profile pick, additional information can be added here if you customized the profile form. No, they are different and most don’t support additional shortcodes, especially the account page. Adding shortcodes to any of the page will mostly cause a blank page and other issues. If you combine them all on one page, you will have issues and problems with the plugin.
As for the my-account.php, UM account isn’t really compatible to add stuff to, unless you edit the plugin to add what you want. That is a whole other thing. Editing the UM plugin without screwing up anything would be a big headache.
I am using a public computer and there computers aren’t allowed to access certain folders or programs on the computer.
okay, thanks
Didn’t use CSS to make the horizontal form, just went with making a custom form using the wp-login info. So I have my form but not thru UM.
Thanks a lot, that did the trick. I was trying to figure out which modular was causing the issue. I like this security plugin. So far, its blocked over a thousand login attempts and no more spam registration. You just made my day! Again thanks.
Really, its possible to use css to get a horizontal form. Guess I’ll just have to figure out how
Sometimes troubleshooting first to avoid the headaches, if all else fails. Delete and start over, the next best option. Referring to the plugin not your website. **For other people who might have a similar issue.
My gosh, all that work to just fix some weird issue. But what I didn’t want to do was re-do everything, so after 7 hours of trying to delete and re-install this plugin. Thankfully, that did the trick and now the registration form is showing when not logged in. Thanks for your assistance and advise.
yes i did uninstalled, when i went to re install it failed the first 4 times, then I had to manually delete from FTP, re-install, uninstall again and now hopefully – its erases now.
If the register page shows when there’s a logged in user, are you absolutely certain that you haven’t limited the page to logged in users only? Just checking since that would be an easy fix. ?? —- don’t wanna sound mean, but I’ve checked this a lot, just to make sure.
You said that you deactivated every plugin except UM and reverted to the default theme (simultaneously) but that the register page still did not display properly? —- yes
I’ve delete UM plugin, deleted all associated files, re-installed and for some reason all the settings where still there and the register form still doesn’t show. I’ve deleted pages, made new ones, when it still doesn’t work, deleted those page and I’m stuck.
