I resolved this by completely re-installing all WordPress files. Not sure what was causing it.

Look for that line in your code. You’re missing
<li> before the link and </li>
after.

It’s also saying you didn’t end your content div. I’m not sure but you might want to check that to make sure.

That’s a very good one to use for the archives. Makes them very clean and you can list a ton at one time.

As far as categories goes:

I would possible change your reading option to infinite posts and then edit The Loop in your index.php file to limit the amount of posts per page. Check the codex.

I checked this in Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera and it all looks fine to me.

Perhaps you’re on a Mac at work, or and older version of Internet Explorer?

I just checked the source for one of your category pages. Look for this:

You have an img tag that isn’t closed. Perhaps closing that will fix your problem?

Have you tried clearing your Firefox cache?

You could also try Ctrl+F5 when logged in to force a refresh.
