Also all items that are linked to anything else have lost the first part of the linke ie: https://www.example.com/link has been changed to https://jerusalemcats.com/link
All my audio files had to be reattached to the pages. I hve over 700 audio files and podcasts and 38 seperate pages.
I have also lost connection with the server and constant 500 errors.
I have droped down to 24 plug ins from 34 plug in and it did not help.

limit the number of Revisions you have to under 150
A large number of revisions slow down your site.
Search plug-ins for remove revisions for help.

I have the same problem and have compleatly reinstalled WordPress 3.3 and upgraded to 3.6.1. Restored backup to before the upgrade and Disabled all plugin and reset the Cashe.
Reading the error logs is very confusing. The only thing that stick out is:
AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace., referer https://jerusalemcats.com/

It was Jetpack by WordPress.com.
It only happened after I logged in and used my email address and password. I will contact the authors.

no I can not replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated. It is only with the large pages and not the posts.

I am having a problem with 3.6 in that large page do not show up in the editor in either text or visual and the text count shows 0 for any page edited in 3.6. The older pages are fine.
