Yes, I am updating everything the normal way. I did ask my host but I guess there is some problem with the theme that I am not able to understand. I am currently testing it for crashes, it usually happens in a day. If I delete the hestia theme folder, it works fine. Any help would be appreciated

It’s mainly because of the theme. Previously I did used to get error logs which stated permission denied to posts.php from wp-settings.php and I used to set the permissions of posts.php to the default ones. I really don’t understand how the permissions automatically change to 0 0 0.

I resolved the issue, cloudflare was creating troubles for me. I turned on its Automatic cache management feature and voila it fixed it. Thanks for your response ??
