Thank you for the video, I forgot one thing which is I did set notification channels for subscriber on capabilities plugin.
Now it’s resolved with the help of video you have shared.
Thank you for your support and regular reply.@rizaardiyanto
Okay, below are the steps which I followed.
1. Install fresh WordPress.
2. Delete default plugins like Hello dolly and others.
3. Install the planner plugin and add content on notification which should sent when a new post is published.
4. Select ?“Users who selected “Notify me” for the content” user who to notify column in the notification.
5. Check if the notification channel is available on the user profile or not..
The channel is not present on user profile on WP backend.
6. Install the capability plugin and set edit post subscriptions and pp set notification channel, but the channel is not presents on edit user page.Yes, I have followed same steps as you mentioned but notification channel is not available on user page and I must need it to mute notifications for some user.

What I have to do for above, I have tested it with fresh WordPress installation already.Okay, it’s removed. No, I am not a pro member, I need basic functionalities, but somehow above is not working for me, however I have checked on different-different setups.
I also checked official documentation of planner in which it shows notification channel in user profile.okay
