I saw your post “Cannot Access SVN Repository of my recently approved plugin” (started 2 years ago), I am getting the same message in Tortoise SVN while uploading my newly approved plugin.. How did you solve that issue? Please help.. I am trying to host my plugin since a week but getting the same message.
