I have tried by removing your plugin & i can see the spinning arrow is working fine, But not with your plugin.

Even i have tried with different themes, still the issue remains at it is.

Just now i have tested the plugin with updated wordpress 4.4.2 , default twenty sixteen theme.

But still i got the same issue.

But now i have installed it on server.

So i got the following issue.
Find the below image.

The “Appointment” tab in the plugin is not showing anything.

For testing i have booked a appointment as u can see in the below image.

It’s working but the subscriber can view only Appointment Calendar i.e. 1st sub-options of the plugin.

And i want to give all the access that administrator have for the plugin to the subscriber.

When the user clicks in Date field, the plugin works but, when a user clicks in time fields, it opens the calendar with a two new buttons: “Now” and “Close”.

Date picker individually also not working (it opens automatically at the bottom of homepage i.e. below footer.

Also, I want to use contact form 7 as pop form.

Please help me.

I have got same problem as above, and I tried your suggestion but it is not working for login redirect in either case full url or pagename. But happy that it’s working perfect for register and forgot password.

Tried with below combinations

How can I fix this?
