Investigamos el problema y descubrimos que está relacionado con el caché. Verificamos el complemento instalado en su sitio pero no encontramos ningún complemento de caché, por lo que sospechamos que el caché proviene de su servidor.
?Podrías desactivar el caché del servidor e intentar enviar el cuestionario una vez?

WordPress and Loco Translate mainly cause the problem, as they save translation files in custom locations. WordPress will release version 6.7.1, which fixes the translation issue.

With the current feature, it is not possible to set a different price for a single course by adding additional attachments. However, we have a course bundle feature that may fit your needs to provide different course packages. Please note that this feature is available in the premium version of Masteriyo.

If you have updated to WordPress version 6.7, the issue occurred due to the latest version of WordPress. We will release an update soon.
