I even tried excluding the URL as you suggested to do me. Even excluded the test page for the donor dashboard. But still, the problem remains the same. The dashboard is not functioning as it is meant to be. It just keeps on loading the interface.

I Tried the second option by disabling the Donor Dashboard Page and used the available shortcodes for donation receipts and subscriptions. It’s working fine; But again there exists a minor problem as there is no option available for the donor to edit profile add their information and even upload their picture. How can they edit profiles with the main donors dashboard being disabled?

But I think I got a temporary solution to the problem.

While setting the recurring period of the donation choose a expiry period i.e “Choose the recurring billing interval, period, and length of time.” (eg. Every year for 5 years) and try again to make the payment and it works fine. The problem occurs when the recurring period is not set or set to “Ongoing” for daily and yearly options.

It would be a great help if the team associated sees through this problem and make the necessary changes.
