I tried the troubleshooting steps and still got the issue while in troubleshooting mode.

Hello,

1. I filled up the form
2. At the very starting step “Sign in with Google”
3. Experienced the same issue in Incognito window

It would be great if you could take a look at this issue and advise on what needs to be done.

Google has recently added some new languages to its translate library so will it be possible for you guys to add them up?

Below is the required list of languages:

Odia
Manipuri
Bhojpuri
Sanskrit
Assamese
Dogri
Konkani
Mizo
Maithili

The above-mentioned languages are all been added by google translate so if it is possible from your end to add them up how long will it take?

I checked up on the wp-config file and the DEBUG mode is already set to false by default. But the problem still exists.

But I guess this is to hide the php warning from the panel. But what if I want to solve it how’s that possible to do? Can you help me with that too?

Also.

When the products associated where these plugins functionalities is been used the checkout page comes up with the following message:-

“There are some issues with the items in your cart. Please go back to the cart page and resolve these issues before checking out.”

But the issue is not visible as the cart page is not accessible to figure out the exact issue with the added items.

If you are not ready to help! At least can you tell me where can I get myself older version of the plugin?

I’m extremely sorry for being rude. But this is not the first time I faced issues with the plugin which is why I know expecting support from your team on this forum and even on your personal support panel is painful.

So if not the solution please help me get the previous version of the plugin updated a month ago.

I tried to download the previous version of the plugin from the sales page of Shiprocket plugin. But you guys don’t even provide the older versions like other plugin authors do.

Please help me through this issue.

I tried deactivating the plugin and the checkout loads properly. But I can’t deactivate the Shiprocket plugin permanently as you asked for. As all the shipping options that are to be available for the customer after they purchase the product are displayed through the functionality of that plugin.

Please can you suggest to me some other way out of it?

I checked the error logs on the server side. But there happens to be no error/warning related to the give plugin or add-ons at all.

The settings you mentioned above were already enabled under the expert settings tab.

So, do I have to disable and re-enable it for it to work properly?

Please, help me with this!!
