Maximum people use your plugin for backend purpose. It’s helpful for finding out issue. So you disabled main feature and forcing now customer buy pro version. Obviously it’s a bad decision.

I am working this sector last 8 years+ and used huge plugins. I didn’t see any plugin author give features free then suddenly deactivate 50% feature new version plugin and asking for updating pro. This is not professional way asking for money. I know you are not working for free. You can offer some features as for pro. But giving features first free then suddenly move them pro version is not professional way do business. When you start a plugin. You need to decide first which features will go for free and which feature will go for paid version.

@sahniumar First deactivate the plugin. Then install rollback plugin. Then you can downgrade the plugin and activate it

This is very unprofessional update from plugin author. Without double check they released the update. Even 4 hours gone still no update from them.

@kushnamdev Thanks for your response. Images look crop when you visit website small screen size like 12-13″ monitor. But big screen monitor doesn’t crop and the crop function happening automatic.
