I’m using the shortcode and I’m also seeing extra related posts that were not manually selected. “Use auto related posts” is not checked off in the plugin settings.

It’s working for me again now–it actually started working before I applied the newest update. I’m seeing various posts on the Instagram Developers blog about fixes they’ve been making recently, so maybe one of those helped. Thanks for the help, Eric!

Just in case this is useful information, I had the client try to connect with another plugin (Simple Instagram) and he’s unable to authorize the app he set up for that plugin. I’m seeing lots of StackOverflow discussions on various Instagram problems from the last week or so.

Ours stopped working a few days ago, too.

Great, thank you! I’ll also need to make custom services for other sites: would the sharing URL for Twitter/Pinterest/etc. work like the Facebook example, or is there somewhere else I can find a list of how to format the URLs so that they work just like they do by default?

Hi, I used the code in the pastebin below and it works perfectly on the site. In the admin, however, if you go to edit a post the category list is broken in an odd way there. It’s showing up as HTML link code next to each checkbox, duplicated multiple times.

I’m scooting my question over to the WP Super Cache section of the forum, which is probably a better place for it: apologies for the double post!

Hi, we had similar issues to those discussed above when using WP Super Cache. We removed the plugin, and the problems went away.

Our host recently recommended that we use a caching plugin again. I told them about the issues that we had previously had and asked about if those could be solved by increasing the disk space for temporary files, and they said no because the plugin is not using server side caching, so the size of the directory allocated for cache files would not be a source of the problems. Does anyone know if that’s accurate advice?

I’m now getting the following error in the admin when saving a post:

Found it! I just added “/?orderby=rand” to the end of the feed URL and that did it.

Any ideas on this one? Is it possible?

Has anyone found out why this is happening yet?

The “Search Everything” plugin doesn’t work with 2.8, even though it says it’s updated. “WP Search Tags” also doesn’t work. Does anyone know a plugin that does work with the new version of WP?
