So the https://www.criticalphysio.net/community-space/members/tone_dahl-michelsen/profile/ URL is not generated from your plugin? This is not a post type created by WP Members?

I’m helping with the management of the site and I can see that we’re using WP Members as well as Buddy press. So am I right to assume that the members profiles are being handled by Buddy Press?

If that is the case – how do we handle

– a membership directory
– an individual profile (so logged in users can view other’s profiles)

Through your plugin?

okay thanks peeps – understood…

folks I worked out what was happening – there were sneaky little <span> tags that were making their way into the shortcode messing up the filters. I checked in the text editor and deleted them all…

Hey TechTriad – not sure what plugin you’re using for the photo slider – is it the Shortcodes ultimate plugin? If so it should work. Vlad got this fixed for me.

If you’re using a premium add on then you should contact him as he’s helpful (althought takes a little while for him to get back).

If you’re still having trouble – post the link and the issues again here – any screenshots would be good.

It worked for me – maybe you need to try to try changing the order of the shortcode – go into the ‘text’ view and paste this

Hi there – thanks – yes it did resolve the redirect loop issue – but the page is displaying with very little styles – so it’s not looking good – did anyone else have this issue??

I’ll close this one off as it hasn’t had a response and I found the issue. It’s to do with the PHP memory limit set by the server. It’s a shared server so memory limit was set quite low – I contacted the host to increase it to as much as they could. This resolved the issue.

Thanks Ravan – I found an easy solution – I just added this to the CSS.
