Create Service Account
Go to the Google Cloud Console
Navigate to IAM & admin

Create a new service account
Enter service name
Click Create

Create Bucket
Go to the Goole Cloud
Navigate to Storage
Click on Create Bucket
Fill in Name and other details
Once the bucket is created, click on Permissions tab
Located the service account we created in the previous step and click on the roles drop down
Make sure “Storage Admin” is checked
Media Cloud
Go to Storage Settings
For Storage Provider, select Google Cloud Storage
In Credentials, paste the contents of the JSON file you downloaded into the text area
Set the name of the Bucket
Click on Save

I suggest you deactivate all the add-ons that you have installed and leave only active woocommerce, and do tests …
