Yes, same here – I’m getting exactly the same error on one site out of four which I have upgraded. The site in question has a slideshow gallery on the home page.

In case this helps anybody else:

The reason my links were coming out that way was because I’d arranged all my pages to have ‘Home’ as their parent.

When I changed all the pages to have ‘no parent’ the links appeared as I wanted –

It is hosted in what is called a hybrid account with Linux bias, and under its Windows configuration options the ‘rewrite module’ is enabled, which is supposed to allow me to ‘utilise Apache mod_rewrite style functionality in a .htaccess file on a Windows or hybrid mode website’.

I didn’t know about web.config files but I read the link you referenced and added one to the root directory (where wordpress is installed) including rewrite rules as described.

Unfortunately it hasn’t made any difference.

(I’ve also deactivated all plugins and switched to the twenty eleven theme.)
