I changed these things, but still have same problem:
1)Defining in php.ini
suhosin.get.max_value_length = 4096
suhosin.post.max_value_length = 4096
suhosin.request.max_value_length = 4096

2)solving following failure:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library ‘/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/imagick.so’ – libMagickWand.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

3)Defining in php.ini:
memory_limit = 256M
max_execution_time = 300

I deactivated all plugins except tablepress then all tables were successfully imported.
