Thank You PeggyMe and Xnau your solution is working. Solve my problem.
My Participants list is showing fine.just add “readonly” column in “wp_participants_database_fields” table in wordpress database and it solves this issue.

My site https://mappk.org/ only shows home page when click on a link i am getting this error:

I am facing same problem someone please help. Only left navigation buttons are shown rest is blank in all links.
i tried to rename plugin folders and renaming theme but nothing changes.

Actually i have 2 wordpress sites in one hosting. one on main and other is on a folder. After change permissions of config.php for both sites, sites will visible for 1-2 days then suddenly file permission change automatically and sites show fatal errors.
I will try to disable plugins but i think that this is not cause by plugins because i use those plugins in my other wordpress sites.
Please help me with this Thanks in advance.

I am using latest firefox and chrome and other users use chorme and may be IE.
