It ended up being user role issues. If you fix the user role (someone did it for me) then the problem would be solved
I did the steps indicated above, but now the website (frontend) isn’t working anymore
I installed it directly through WordPress
They don’t, I have to pay for them to restore it back

That was there response: “We do not support wp-cli directly because but you can use wp-cli through Manager WordPress server here in godaddy”

it was about membership, where people would be able to create an account and sign in
