I deactivated all plugins and the issue was still there unfortunately.
I deleted all inactive plugins in case they were causing issues.

I temporarily switched to twenty eleven – page7 still didn’t work.

I also reset the plugins folder as your advised to see if that helped.

Unfortunately page7 is still redirecting to page6. If you have any other advice that’d be great.

I played around with the settings/plugin conflicts and the plugin is now working fine.

page: disk (enhanced) – this was the only option not greyed out
minify: disk, jsMin
database: NOT enabled
object: NOT enabled
browser cache: Enabled

https://pagespeed.googlelabs.com doesn’t show anything unusual.

I tried disabling all my plugins, but the only thing that makes the page load normally is if I disabled W3 Total Cache.

Update… when I deactivate the plugin the author page displays properly.
