I’ve created a new access and the details are in the ticket I opened yesterday.
Anyway, I’ve asked for a full refund because this is not working properly, and as I can see, I’m not the only one with troubles. Envato is saying that the item is not refundable, because our purchase is from february… but the problems started soon and the last ticket is from May 2024. So, I expect a full refund.
