So hard to recreate. I think its all good with the url change. It was on a different url for dev. Then we cloned it. It didn’t add the www but when I upload a file now to a playlist it adds it. As long as it works. I made a test and it worked in chrome/ff/edge. I think for my problem the ww is the fix. I sent my client your test and she claims that didn’t work. I think rage clicking fills your stream up and no browser can do anything honestly. Not sure if that’s a thing or not. I added the files in the app. It would be sweet if the download url matched the stream url. I can’t think of a single case of why you wouldn’t have those match for 99% of users. Thanks. I’ll try adding the www. Not sure that effects anything. We are having similar issues with your demo site and I see others having issues so I think its the app of an ad blocker or something you haven’t tested for or experienced. Idk. Try your stuff in more than one browser with it open in more than one? Idk. I am going to test the www.

I have the same issue. It’s not ‘broken’. It just gives the error message first when I click Run Now on Preload URLs. I click ok, then try a second time and it works. No clue why. Not just one site, all sites bc I use WP-Optimize on all.

When I load the site on my iphone, the POI closes when scrolling so if it’s of screen, it closes when the user scrolls. That’s my experience anyways. Using Safari on Iphone 7.

Also, when you guys helped us Mo or someone installed Forminator Pro (we had the free version) and now we can update without paying. I know thats the model and we respect that but no one asked. Can we work with you on that? I’m not sure what to do.

Rocking. We have a few other things that have come up, some of which your team has helped with. We put the plugin through a little more rigorous testing because we had to make a “quiz” out of a form.

Other:
-Leading zeroes lost on zips when sent through API.
-No phone formatting/validation whatsoever.
-We had loads of problems on the install (could be us!!) and we also have forms that are corrupt and no longer open properly in the editor.
-No captcha? I don’t see one. We are using Honeypot. Smaller prob.

Is there a way to communicate more efficiently so that we can fix some of this for both parties? I have a dev copy of our site Mo has access to or I can send.

And what’s with the – ? Total mystery. I can see adding dashes to replace spaces if you had to but only doin one? That makes no sense.

When you are in a form and you are editing a select box/dropdown. Add an option. Type “This is an option” in the label. The value will populate as “this-is an option”. Change the value to “This is the value for the option”. Now click in the label box again and add a period. The option will change to “this-is an option.”

We want this:
Label: One Week
Value: Q1B

Its almost impossible to do and there is no undo. That feature is useless. Most of the time the Label and the value don’t match. What if I need answer one value Not a lead, answer 2, WarmLead…. But the questions is: how often do you camp? 1. Never 2. All the time.

Try it. Make a form and make a dropdown with the following label/option:
What is your favorite color?:
Blue/10
Red/20
Yellow/30

Now your boss says, same point scale but I need you to change that to Yellow, Blue, Red.

I had a backup so I am using that. Idk what was wrong with the other one. Suggestion: It would be cool to have a ‘photo picker’ which is basically a radio group of jpgs. For us it would be “Choose Color Scheme” w 6 photos. Click the one you want.
