Hi Ken,

Thanks for using this plugin.
As I have checked and saw this payment gateway error “(TESTMODE) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.” as you already mentioned.

I am 100% sure there is something wrong with sandbox credential so that I will suggest to create new credential and check.

If you have any suggestion then please suggest I will happy to consider in our next version release.

For delete plugin issue as it is known issue and I am working on it I will fix and release in our next release.

For now if you want to delete this plugin, you can do it from your cpanel or ftp.

Dustin, for now there is no option to add tax from admin. As per the requirement it will not take much time to implement but for it I have to bypass my normal plan and process which I planned for this plugin. Are you open to pay for on demand ad-on feature? If yes, then I can do it for you only.
